Editorial Discretion: The Global South Forum editorial team reserves the sole authority to decide whether a submission will be published.
License Grant: By posting an article, contributors grant Global South Forum:

• A perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish and distribute the work in any format.
• Permission for the article to be republished by third parties under a Creative Commons license, where applicable.
